All of our products are free from sulfates, silicones, parabens and drying alcohols.

Yes! All of our products work great on keratin-treated or color-treated hair. Our “Creator” product line is specifically made to nourish hair that is colored or heat-styled.

Our bottles are made from 85% recycled plastic. Please check your local recycling policies to determine if our bottles or packaging can be recycled in your area.

Check your tracking information in the Shipping Confirmation email we sent you when you ordered our product. Typically will arrive within 5-7 business days.

We currently fulfill orders anywhere in the US. We do not ship internationally.

Shipping is $5 or you can qualify for free shipping with orders of $50 or more.

Returns- We do not allow returns at this time. However, if your product was damaged upon arrival, please read the section below so we can refund you.

Refunds- Please let us know if something did not meet your high standard. We would love any feedback on how we can best improve our products.

Because we try to ship orders as quickly as possible, we may not catch the order in time to adjust it. You can always email us at hello@sadieb.co with any concerns.

With our subscription, you can select how often you would like to receive a product (every 30, 60, or 90 days). We offer subscriptions on individual products, or on our bundles!

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
