We currently fulfill orders anywhere in the US. We do not ship internationally.

Shipping is $5 or you can qualify for free shipping with orders of $50 or more.

Returns- We do not allow returns at this time. However, if your product was damaged upon arrival, please read the section below so we can refund you. 

Refunds- Please let us know if something did not meet your high standard. We would love any feedback on how we can best improve our products. 

If you received a damaged product, we will refund you within 30 days. Please email us at hello@sadieb.co.

Because we try to ship orders as quickly as possible, we may not catch the order in time to adjust it. You can always email us at hello@sadieb.co with any concerns.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
